Introduction to the 17 Massage Modes of the CERAGEM Master V4 in Toronto
CERAGEM Master V4
At Ceragem Wellness in Etobicoke, the CERAGEM Master V4 offers 17 specialized massage modes inspired by Oriental medicine, focusing on acupoints (Back-Shu points) along the spine. This advanced thermal massage bed is designed to support spinal health, deep relaxation, and overall wellness for clients across Toronto and the GTA.
The 12 Automatic Modes offer a wide range of therapeutic benefits, including general health maintenance and prevention, stress relief, improved metabolism, enhanced blood circulation, immune support, increased energy, improved focus, deeper sleep, and body contouring.
Each mode stimulates Back-Shu points that relate to key organs and the autonomic nervous system. Clear visuals can be used to illustrate which acupoints are being targeted so users can better understand how the therapy works.
In addition, five customizable modes allow focused treatment along the spine and specific Back-Shu points for back pain, stiffness, and individual wellness concerns—providing a more personalized therapy experience on the V4 bed at our Etobicoke clinic.

What are the Back Shu Points?
Back Shu Points are a fundamental concept in Oriental Medicine, dating back over 3,000 years. These points reflect the energetic connection between the spine and the body’s internal organs. They play a role in regulating Qi (vital energy) and supporting the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions.
Located along the bladder meridian on both sides of the spine, Back Shu points are commonly stimulated through acupuncture, acupressure, or moxibustion to harmonize organ energy, improve function, and address imbalances.
Example:
The Back Shu point for the lungs corresponds to the first thoracic vertebra.
Practitioners often combine Back Shu point stimulation with other therapeutic techniques for a comprehensive, personalized treatment approach.
